Content ownership. All content on the Website — text, images, graphics, logos, and resources — is the intellectual property of My ADHD Life Coach by Luke Angus Coaching, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without prior written consent. Quotation with attribution is permitted for editorial purposes.

Acceptable use. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access attempts, introducing malicious code, and scraping or harvesting information from the Website.

Third-party links. Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

Purpose. Discovery calls help determine if coaching is appropriate for your needs and if we are a good fit to work together.

ICF logging disclosure. For ICF credentialing purposes, I maintain a confidential log that includes participant names and contact information to verify that coaching services have been provided. This information is kept strictly confidential and is only disclosed if required by the ICF for credential verification.

Opting out. You may opt out of having your discovery call included in this log by notifying me via email before our call, mentioning it at the beginning of the call, or emailing me within 24 hours after our call. Opting out will not affect the quality of your discovery call or any future coaching relationship.

No guarantee of services. Participation in a discovery call does not guarantee that we will enter into a coaching relationship.

Not medical or mental health advice. Information provided on our Website, during discovery calls, or coaching sessions is for informational and educational purposes only. ADHD coaching is not a treatment for ADHD and does not replace medical treatment, medication management, therapy, or diagnosis. I am not qualified to diagnose ADHD or any other condition.

Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Always seek the advice of your physician, therapist, or other qualified health provider with questions about medical or mental health conditions. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

Results. Coaching results depend on the work the client does. Nothing on this Site should be construed as a promise of a specific outcome. Success depends on many factors including your commitment, circumstances, and efforts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My ADHD Life Coach by Luke Angus Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Website or Services. By using our coaching services, you understand that Luke Angus, PCC, PCAC and My ADHD Life Coach are not liable for any decisions, actions, or results in your life or business that occur as a result of coaching. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

While we take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of communications, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted via email, messaging platforms, or other electronic means. Our typical business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. We strive to respond within 1–2 business days.

Testimonials represent actual experiences and are published with express permission. They may be edited for clarity or brevity and comply with FTC guidelines. Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not typical results.

Discovery calls may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time through our scheduling system; we appreciate at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellation and rescheduling policies for paid coaching sessions are outlined in your Coaching Agreement, which supersedes these Terms for contracted clients.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Website and Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

All coaching engagements run under a written agreement that sets out scope, schedule, fees, cancellation, and termination terms. Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable for completed billing periods; future billing periods may be cancelled per the agreement's notice provisions.

Coaching services are provided under the ICF Code of Ethics and the PAAC Ethical Conduct Code. Any concern regarding these standards may be addressed to Luke directly or to the certifying body (ICF or PAAC).

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt informal resolution by contacting luke@myadhdlifecoach.com. If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation with a mutually agreed-upon neutral third party in California before pursuing other remedies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action shall be instituted in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

We may update these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
