Adult Individual Coaching Program
A six-month coaching engagement designed around how ADHD work actually lands. Weekly through Phase One to build the foundation, then biweekly through Phase Two to let new patterns take hold.
Session
Individual Coaching
Phase One runs twelve weeks at a weekly cadence, opening with a 90-minute extended intake to map your goals, history, and priorities. Phase One closes with a Milestone Session, dedicated to stepping back, taking stock, and shaping the path forward.
Phase Two runs twelve weeks at a biweekly cadence, giving new patterns the space they need to hold.
Assessment & Goal Setting
A thorough intake to understand where you're starting, what strengths you bring, and where executive function is getting in the way. Includes VIA Character Strengths, the Pillars of a Balanced Life view, and an Executive Function Self-Assessment built for ADHD coaching.
Between-Session Support
Life with ADHD doesn't wait for your next session. Brief check-ins via text, email, or quick phone call when something comes up. Typically a response within one business day. Document review between sessions where useful.
Your monthly retainer reserves session time, between-session support, assessments, and program administration. It is not a per-session bundle.
