For those of us with ADHD

You're exhausted.

You're great at things that don't seem to matter. When it counts, you freeze. Not because you don't want it. You want it with everything in you.

But you just can't. You don't know why. You just can't.

And you don't need one more person telling you to try harder.

You're here because you want to think about doing something and actually do it. Without agonizing over every detail. Without freezing in front of the what-ifs. You want to do things and feel proud of who you are and what you can do.

The Cycle

This is the cycle.

It's Wednesday at noon and the plan is already buried under everything that came at you sideways. You really thought this week would be different.

You can come through for everyone else. The thing you said you'd do for yourself six months ago is still sitting there. The thing that matters most to you. That thing you've all but given up on.

And the times you actually pull it off? You can't trust it. The goalposts already moved. So the win doesn't feel like a win. It feels like a thing you got away with.

If any of this lands, you're already in the right room.

How I work

I have ADHD. I'm not standing outside the experience explaining it to you. I'm inside it with you, working with the same wiring, asking the questions that opened things up for me. The frame isn't let me tell you how your brain works. It's let's figure out what's actually happening for you, and what to try next.

Awareness comes before action. Most of what isn't working in your life right now is running on systems you haven't fully looked at. Strategies you adopted years ago. Coping moves you don't even register as choices. Before we change anything, we get clear on what's actually in motion. Then the changes that follow have somewhere to land.

The work is built from your language, not mine. Most coaches arrive with their frameworks and fit you into them. I do the opposite. When you produce a phrase, an image, a metaphor that names what you're actually experiencing, that's the material. We build from it. Clients name their inner critics. They invent metaphors for the parts of their experience the standard vocabulary doesn't reach. They build organizational systems out of ordinary supplies that I'd never have prescribed. My work is to recognize that material as the real thing and treat it that way, across sessions, across months. Yours, not mine. Ours, in how we use it.

Want to see if we're a fit?

The discovery call is sixty minutes. We talk about what brought you here and what you're hoping to change. If we're a fit, we plan the work. If we're not, I'll point you toward someone who is.

Most of the people I work with are professionals in roles where the cost of getting it wrong is high, and they've spent years trying to compensate with sheer effort, the next planner, the next system. The strategies they actually need don't come from trying harder. They come from working with how they're wired.

If that's where you are, this is the right next step.
